CP4 Pump Shaft Modification Service (Customer’s Shaft)
This service is intended for customers who want to increase the performance of their CP4 pump to the highest achievable level while retaining the original pump housing.
After placing and paying for the order, you send us your CP4 pump shaft, and we modify it (stroker-type machining) and prepare it for installation back into the pump.
The modification is carried out using precise machining profiles and professional equipment to achieve the maximum possible performance for the specific shaft type. This increases the pump’s fuel delivery capability in high-power engines where the standard pump becomes a limiting component.
How the service works
You place the order and, after payment, send us your CP4 pump shaft.
We perform the shaft modification.
We ship the modified shaft back to you.
Modification time
Shaft modification typically takes up to 14 days, depending on workload.
Recommended before placing an order
We recommend sending photos of your shaft by email before ordering, so we can confirm whether your specific shaft type can be modified.
This helps avoid unnecessary shipping costs if the shaft turns out to be unsuitable.
Requirements for the shaft you send
The shaft must be clean – free of dirt, oil, or deposits.
It must be free of mechanical damage – cracks, deep scratches, corrosion, or wear in working areas make the shaft unsuitable for modification.
A copy of the order or invoice must be included in the shipment so we can correctly identify your order.
Notes
Only the customer-sent shaft is modified (the pump itself is not included in the service).
The modification increases the pump’s performance but does not restore a worn pump – the pump must be in good technical condition.
